If your order arrives damaged or if something is missing, please notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll get it sorted. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please reach out to us.
You can cancel for free before dispatch. After shipping, you have 14 days to cancel, though return shipping costs will apply.

Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind or need a different item? No problem. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. To get started, simply reach out to us at info@furnishmeister.com.
We'll send you a return label and clear instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
When your order arrives, inspect it straight away. If anything looks damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we'll resolve it quickly.
Please be aware that custom orders, personalized products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and all items must be sent via an insured, trackable service.
For exchanges, once we receive your item and any price difference is settled, we'll process it right away.
