Returns

At Furnish Meister, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your item.

Important:
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Changed Your Mind?

We’re confident you’ll love your purchase from Furnish Meister, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Items must be sent using an insured and trackable delivery service

  • You are responsible for the item until it safely reaches us

  • All returns must be securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you have 14 days from delivery to do so.

Simply contact our team, and we will guide you through the return process (shipping costs will be borne by you). Once we receive the item at our warehouse, we will process your exchange, provided any price difference has been settled.

Tip: The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused

  • Must include tags

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund, typically within 5 working days.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
